| Thimbleberries Quilt Club Info Welcome to the 2009 Thimbleberries Quilt Club! This is my third year to host a Quilt Club and I’m glad you’ll be joining the fun! This year’s quilt is being done in a block- of-the-month style, and will be available in three colorways – Traditional, Light, and Bright. The completed size is 80” x 98,” a bit smaller than the projects of the past few years. New this year, there will be no monthly meetings to attend, which means you can stop by any time during the month to pick up your kit. How convenient! Here’s how the Club works: It’s simple! Once a month, you stop in to pick up that month’s fabric and pattern. The monthly cost is a very reasonable $12.95 per month, which includes the pattern and all the fabrics you need to complete one 12” block and three 6” blocks. If you want to finish your quilt exactly as Lynette has designed it, then, in addition to the monthly kits, you’ll also need to purchase a finishing kit. The finishing kit includes over 6 yards of fabrics for the multiple borders, plus the beautiful appliqué print. The cost of the finishing kit will be $55, and will be available in the fourth quarter. There will also be 108” wide backing available later in the year for anyone who wants their quilt to be 100% Thimbleberries - front and back! Who wouldn't? There is a non-refundable $10 registration fee when you sign up. The cost of the club is then $12.95 per month, payable at the time you pick up each of your kits throughout the year.
