Greetings, Everyone!

I don't know about you, but April is definitely one of my favorite months of the year. Why? For starters, I'm really hoping that it means
spring in right around the corner, at least here in the northeast part of the US. Winter has been so long and weird that is seems like the
end of winter is still nowhere in sight. I can't wait for those days when I can prop the doors open and let the fresh air and sunshine in!

April just happens to be my birthday month. While, like most people, I'm thrilled to be around to mark the occasion, I'm also wondering
how I got to be so old (relatively speaking)! To celebrate the occasion, I'll be having my annual Birthday Sale. All fabric in the shop will
be $2 off per yard, $2.50 if you finish the bolt.

You'll also want to make a point of stopping by the week of April 29th through May 4th. The used book sale is returning, with all books
available for a flat $10. Last year, hundreds of books were snapped up, so if you missed it, you're in luck! Remember, it's not all about
quilting, either. Titles include sewing, knitting, home dec, embroidery, and more!

There are currently 5 block-of-the-month programs going on, with more planned for the future, including the beautiful Christmas
Peace. I'm also gearing up for another mystery quilt program that I guarantee you will love!

Last but not least, don't forget that CCQ has a great selection of classes for you to take, and more are being added all the time. Whether
you're a total newbie or a seasoned stitcher, you're bound to find something that's right up your alley!

Happy Quilting!
Ramona

CCQ has teamed up with ConKerr Cancer and the Million Pillowcase Challenge, sponsored by American Patchwork & Quilting magazine.
Stop by the shop and pick up a pillowcase kit for just $5, or make one from your own favorite pattern. When you’re done, wash the
pillowcase, place it in a resealable plastic bag, and drop it off here whenever it’s convenient. I will make sure that it gets to the ConKerr
Cancer organization, who will then distribute the pillowcases to sick children in area hospitals. Visit my ConKerr Cancer page to learn
how the program has been embraced by the kids and teachers at the Phoenixville Area Middle School, as well as free copies of four great
pillowcase patterns from
AP&Q.

Many of you have taken advantage of the magazine and pattern freebies here in the shop. If you'd like to unload some of the unwanted
periodicals, books and/or patterns that are clogging up your sewing space, please feel free to drop them off here at the shop. You'll be
making space for the projects that you REALLY want to work on while giving someone else an opportunity to find something that's new
to them.

REGISTRATION - You may register for classes in person or by phone.  Most classes are limited to six students, so please register
early to avoid being put on a waiting list.  Classes must be paid in full at the time of registration in person.  All classes must be paid in
cash or by check made payable to the instructor.  When registering by phone, payment must be mailed to arrive at the shop within one
week.  Your space may be given to a paying student if the class fills before your payment is received.  If payment is not received within
one week of calling, your name will be removed from the roster – no exceptions.  Registration policy will be strictly enforced.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Classes canceled by the shop will be refunded in full.  Student cancellations made seven days prior to
the scheduled class date will also be refunded in full;
no-shows and cancellations made less than seven days prior to the
class will not receive a refund.  Class begins promptly at the listed time.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up
your work area.

ATTENDANCEPlease be aware that most classes require a minimum number of students.  Should we not be able to meet the
minimum at least three days prior to the scheduled date of the class, it may have to be canceled.  Although you will certainly be
refunded your class fee, please keep this policy in mind as you gather together your class supplies.  Class descriptions, given to you when
you register, include lists of all supplies required for each class.

SPECIAL NOTE – Chester County Quilting respects copyrights! When a class calls for a particular book or pattern not supplied by
the instructor, each student is expected to come to class with an original, legal copy of the book or pattern, whether purchased here at
the shop or elsewhere. Owning a copy of a pattern or book does not give you the right to distribute copies, is a direct violation of the US
Copyright Act, and deprives the designer of a fair income. We want to support all the talented designers and authors so they will
continue doing what they do best. Chester County Quilting appreciates your cooperation and understanding.
