| Thangles Buck-A-Block Program Details Two Thangles Buck-A-Block program are now ready! Series 4 is being offered in the very patriotic American Primer line from Moda. Series 5 is being offered in elegant Hoffman Christmas fabrics. Yes, you really do get everything you need to make a pieced block each month for only $1, including the fabric and the pattern! Any customer who would like to participate is welcome! There are a few simple guidelines, as follows: • To join, you must purchase a pack of the correct size Thangles from the shop. This purchase will provide you with all the Thangles you need to complete all 12 quilt blocks, with plenty to spare. • You may purchase only one block kit per month at this special price, no matter how often you drop in during any given month. • To make the program as convenient as possible, you may visit the shop on any day of the month you choose to pick up your $1 block kit. If you can’t come in during a particular month (s), you must purchase the missed block kit(s) for $3 to once again be eligible for the $1 block kits. | March 6, 2010 - Update I'm pleased to announce that wonderful replacement fabrics for the black & tan Thangles program have been found and are on the way to CCQ even as I write this note. The majority of fabrics chosen are from various Jo Morton lines by Andover. I hope to have the first replacement blocks available in two weeks or less - stay tuned! Ramona |
